waw33 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or policies published on waw33.pro, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Platform" means the waw33 website accessible at waw33.pro, including all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains, and any software or services provided thereunder.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, or holds a registered account on the Platform.
• "waw33" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the Platform and the entity with whom you are entering into this Agreement.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total IDR funds held in Your Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, confirmed winnings, and any bonus funds credited in accordance with Clause 6.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or reload bonuses credited to Your Account by waw33 and subject to wagering requirements as specified in Clause 6.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process described in Clause 4, required before withdrawal of funds is permitted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the reference time zone for all operational hours stated in this Agreement.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of Your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. waw33 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will require documentary proof of age during the KYC process.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to Your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, responsible gaming cooling-off period, or account suspension currently in effect on the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee or contractor of waw33 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have had a prior waw33 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or any other prohibited conduct.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching name, date of birth, address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. waw33 will close all duplicate Accounts upon discovery and may forfeit any Balance held therein.

During registration, You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including Your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile phone number. You must update Your Account information promptly whenever any of these details change. waw33 is not liable for failed transactions, missed communications, or other losses resulting from outdated Account information provided by You.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials. You must select a strong, unique password and must not share it with any other person. If You become aware of any unauthorised access to Your Account or any security breach affecting Your login credentials, You must notify waw33 support immediately. waw33 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs prior to Your notification of a breach.

waw33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed and may also be triggered by unusually large deposit activity, multiple payment method registrations, or other risk-based indicators identified by our compliance systems.

To complete KYC verification, You will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documentation:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence (SIM).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last 90 days and displaying Your full name and residential address.
• Payment method verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits (e.g., a BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri account statement showing Your name).
• Proof of source of funds may be requested where the cumulative deposit amount or transaction pattern warrants enhanced due diligence under our AML policy.

waw33 will process submitted KYC documentation within one to three business days of receipt of a complete set of documents. You will be notified by email of the outcome. waw33 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC at any stage.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). waw33 does not apply any currency conversion charges. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of Your Account at the time of transaction.
• Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata, and digital wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits credited via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically reflected in Your Account Balance within five minutes of confirmed payment. waw33 is not liable for delays caused by the originating financial institution.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) are ordinarily processed within 3–15 minutes. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed from 08:00 WIB on the following day.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that You own and that has been registered and verified under Your Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• waw33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced transaction review on withdrawals that are disproportionate to prior deposit history or that trigger AML risk indicators. Such review may extend the processing timeframe by up to 48 hours, during which You will be notified by email.
• Deposits that are credited to Your Account in error (whether due to a technical fault or administrative mistake) remain the property of waw33 and must be reported immediately. waw33 will reverse any erroneously credited amount without prior notice.

waw33 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback awards, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in the individual offer terms and ranges from 5x to 30x the bonus amount depending on the promotion type.
• Bonus Funds used on sportsbook markets with odds below 1.50 (decimal) will not count toward wagering requirements. Bonus Funds staked on void, cancelled, or drawn bets (where the relevant market settles as a push) will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players once only, unless the offer terms expressly state otherwise. Systematic attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through multiple Accounts — constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential permanent Account suspension.
• waw33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured at the rate applicable when the bonus was claimed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bonus promotion, the decision of the waw33 promotions team is final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described in Clause 16.

All bets placed on the waw33 Sportsbook are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as the sport-specific and market-specific rules published within the Sportsbook section of the Platform:

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the Platform and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a platform disruption will be voided and any staked amounts refunded.
• waw33 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual bet or market at its sole discretion, including limiting the maximum stake for any Player whose betting patterns are identified as professionally syndicated or arbitrage-oriented.
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. waw33 operates on a "request odds" model for in-play markets — the odds displayed are indicative and the confirmed odds are those returned at the moment of bet acceptance.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (manifest error), waw33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous odds and refund the staked amount. A manifest error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market price at the time the bet was placed.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the full accumulator to be paid. If one or more legs are voided, the remaining legs will be recalculated as a reduced accumulator at the applicable odds for the settled legs.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) and live dealer tables operated by licensed third-party studios. All results are final once confirmed by the game engine. Disputes regarding casino game outcomes must be raised within 48 hours of the relevant session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any coordinated strategy designed to systematically exploit bonus offers or odds discrepancies in a manner that eliminates genuine risk.
• Collusion with other Players, including sharing cards, game information, or account access in live dealer or poker games.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown platform error will be voided and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct transactions associated with criminal activity, or circumvent any applicable financial regulation.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person who is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Clause 2.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward waw33 staff or other Players via any Platform communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the waw33 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of waw33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of waw33.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waw33 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

waw33's total aggregate liability to You arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by You to Your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

waw33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from Your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if waw33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

waw33 is not liable for Platform unavailability or degraded performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, distributed denial-of-service attacks, scheduled maintenance communicated with at least 24 hours' advance notice, or force majeure events.

waw33 reserves the right to suspend or close Your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from You under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• A legally binding instruction from a regulatory, judicial, or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, waw33 will endeavour to complete its review within 14 business days and will communicate its findings to You by email. If the investigation concludes without finding of wrongdoing, any withheld Balance will be released promptly. Where a breach is confirmed, waw33 may permanently close the Account and forfeit any Balance in accordance with its AML and fraud-prevention obligations.

You may voluntarily close Your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any unsettled Bonus Funds) will be returned to Your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

waw33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at waw33.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of Your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

waw33 does not sell Your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (including payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud-prevention platforms) strictly for the purpose of operating and securing the Platform. All third-party data processors engaged by waw33 are contractually bound to maintain appropriate data security standards.

waw33 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from Your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Once a limit is activated, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which You will be automatically logged out. Session limit changes take effect at the start of Your next login session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to Your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days). The cooling-off period takes effect within one hour of the confirmed request and cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close Your Account and opt out of all waw33 marketing communications. Self-exclusion takes effect within one hour of request and is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

If You believe that gambling may be causing harm to You or someone You care about, waw33 strongly encourages You to contact our support team to activate responsible gaming tools or to seek assistance from a qualified support organisation. Please refer to our dedicated Responsible Gaming page for further guidance.

waw33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments — defined as changes that substantially alter Your rights or obligations under this Agreement — will be communicated to registered Players by email at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Non-material amendments (including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates that expand Your rights) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree to the amended terms, You must close Your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date of the relevant amendment.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms.

In the event of a dispute between You and waw33 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a structured dispute resolution process, details of which are provided in Clause 16 below. Nothing in this clause limits either party's ability to seek urgent interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

For formal dispute escalation, Players must submit a written complaint by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". waw33 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days. If the dispute remains unresolved following waw33's formal response, the matter may be referred to the independent dispute resolution process specified in the Platform's licensing framework.
